Our commitment is to offer you the best possible woodburning stove at the best possible price, correctly fitted; with exceptional installation, maintenance, fuel supply and guarantee schemes that no-one else offers.
This model features a heat exchange convection chamber, with the firebox sitting inside a second outer casing with a cavity between the two. Cool air from the room is drawn in at the base of the stove and heated before rising out of the top of the stove into the room, keeping the mantle cooler.
Unlike ordinary stoves, which only emit heat in straight lines, ESSE convector stoves emit both radiation and a continuous gentle stream of hot air, evenly heating every corner of the room.
With a slightly lower heat output of 4kW, the 301 can fit straight into a standard fireplace. But the larger firebox of the 350, which delivers 5kW, means the back firebrick needs to be removed.
Advanced features shared by both models include precision air intake control; secondary air control, allowing you to burn either wood or smokeless fuel; and ESSE’s Afterburn™ airwash technology, which gives you exceptional burn rate control, while keeping the glass door clear at all times.
Available with a traditional style door or in a contemporary matte black finish with stainless steel handle.
Whichever you choose, your ESSE inset stove should be installed in masonry fireplaces; i.e. brick, tile or stone. Marble hearths also generally present no problem, though marble varies and may not always be able to withstand high temperatures.
Clearances to combustibles: 150mm sides, 400mm top & 250mm front.

The Woodland stove was designed with The Woodland Trust in mind and so focuses on burning wood efficiently and cleanly. Its easy to use, multipurpose, three way air control adjustment system means that everyone is capable of achieving optimum combustion. The tertiary air also aids post combustion of the flue gases; so ultimately, your stove will burn cleanly, creating as much energy from your fuel as possible. The woodland stove has a good size fire box for standard cut logs, the latest technology in combustion for wood, a pre heated air wash system that will keep the glass clean, for your visual.
Built with a high quality steel body and cast door the woodland stove has a nominal output of 4.5kw which will serve most internal spaces well. The radiating heat along with low distance to combustibles will help the stove fit nicely into your space with the best results.
